Service Description
This coaching session is designed for anglers who want to consistently locate and catch squid by understanding the key factors that influence their behaviour, including light levels, tides, water clarity and weed-bed structure. Squid fishing can be extremely productive when you know where to look and how to work an area effectively. During this session Anthony will guide you through the practical systems anglers use to locate squid and fish productive ground across Sydney’s coastal waters. The goal is simple, to help you develop a clear and repeatable approach to squid fishing that you can confidently apply on your own future trips. Personalised Pre-Session Preparation Before the session Anthony will personally connect with you to learn about your boat, your gear and your fishing experience. This ensures the session is tailored to your setup and the conditions expected on the day. We’ll cover things such as: • Your vessel layout and setup • Rods, reels and tackle • Your experience level and fishing goals This preparation ensures the coaching is practical, relevant and built around your own fishing environment. What We Cover On The Day Sessions are available as either Half Day (4 hours) or Full Day (8 hours). Anthony structures the session so you’re fishing while learning, focusing on the key elements that help anglers consistently locate and catch squid around weed beds and inshore reef systems. Expect plenty of hands-on guidance, practical tips and real-time adjustments throughout the session. Participants Sessions can be run one-on-one or in small groups. Anthony will recommend the ideal number of participants based on your vessel layout and session goals to ensure everyone receives plenty of attention and valuable learning throughout the session. Additional participants may be possible depending on vessel layout. An additional per-person fee may apply. Duration & Pricing - Half Day – 4 Hours $799 (Monday – Thursday) - Full Day – 8 Hours $1199 (Monday – Thursday) $1399 (Friday – Sunday) Includes • Personalised on-water coaching and guidance with Anthony • Pre-session planning based on tides, moon phase and conditions • Various sizes and colours of squid jigs supplied for the session • All terminal tackle supplied (leaders, clips etc.) Optional add-ons available for hire
